This isn't such a good weapon since it is my second one

This sword was used by king Arthur, Ceaser and tutankhamun
It is the legendary sword of heroes (Need better and shorter name)

And I need a good effect for the weapon since I don't want it to freeze or burn someone

The sword should probably be more epic and decorated (jewelry is a good idea) + whaat said (oh what a bad pun)
Good effects? I don't know if this will work, DC-wise, but the weapon should spawn, like special effects (e.g blade slashes? dunno)
