Help with data changing a skill

This is the new skill I want to code for for my char in my mod. But I'm out of programmers, so I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks alot, you can get a data of my sasuke, via my modification NSLF2, you should be able to find it if you google it. I'm afraid its against the rule to share and links so I'm not doing it. Alternatively, you can just pass me the data, and I'll insert it myself, I'll definitely give credit to the one who did it, thanks alot! =')

so i'd recommend posting the link to the spritesheets you made and the data.

plus that's really easy to data change.. it's a basic move nothing special.

The character data is inside, it's called sasuke. I wanted to filter the data and sprites required for sasuke to work on any lf2 version. But I just couldn't do it, sorry, I'm no programmer, just a spriter.

To install sasuke in a LF2 game,you need to copy all his sprites,all id numbers of him (id: sasuke_????? like that) and all file.dat which are sasuke own (like sasuke.dat;sasuke_?????? etc).
Test it and if sasuke don't do all his moves,I will tell you what to do.
