Is it possible that I´m (the player) can join the evil in the stage mode?

I don't think so.
You could make the "good" characters be enemys instead.

For the player itsself: hm, you can use stage choice method from Kingdom LF2 and spawn other enemies, but be aware: this is difficult!!
