Actually, I really needed to get some help on these.

1.How do I make dennis stay in the same frame UNTIL it reaches the ground no matter how much time it takes?

2.How do I make a type: 3 object appear in front of dennis after it reaches the ground after doing the above move?

Help will be highly apprectiated.

Just make an ''circle'' to the end of your attack:
<frame> 250 coming to ground
pic: ?? state: 3 wait: whatever next: 251
....normalstuff....

<frame> 251 coming to ground2
pic: same as above state: 3 wait: whatever next: 250
....normalstuff....
<frame_end>
This way it will last forever until it hits the ground.

2. Check the louis' crouch2 frame action. He is the only char that can make a special landing in original lf2. You can replicate that move by understanding that. When you reach to the ground after that crouch2 frame you can perform your next frames.
