[solved] problem with the ball

working on a new ball(inspired by the animations of Jerry Hawks) (Click to View)

rudolf preparing move to throw both swords(since i cant sprite at all i use existing sprites =p)and throwing them (the 2 lines r the flying route) http://i55.tinypic.com/142xy1.jpg

after hitting creates a rope(?) (thinking of using henrys rushing arrow rope on a lf2 mod(forgot which))and pull the swords back and slide them to the back for more power and then again towards the enemy(btw the rope will be decoration =p) http://tinypic.com/r/2yluyxd/7

right now tested all the states for the balls, for the most applying one.
ofc ull understand that state 3000 = the ball can hit objects, and that would look like "no comment" for the following sprites =/
also state 3006 dont work, because of the change of flying route after hitting.
So my question is: is it somehow possible to do this properly?
cause i dont want to waste time on it, when its not possible.
If it would be possible, but id need more knowledge id continue, with more or less motivation =p

The reason y i want to do this is because of its effect. its not just a simple ball, but looks like one =p, and ive always wanted to do that after watching the lf2movie from jerry hawks ^^

if there is a tut/thread which would help me pls post it, since idk what to search for in the forums

E: i just want it to look good, if its not possible as a ball then anyway would be nice =/
E2: if this will be solved i still wont work on it since im in holiday right now =p finish it in one month!
