I tried to do that outlining of sprites from black to a little white and copied and pasted and saved.. then when i opened the file again in paint the outlines automatically got black again.. pls help me pls pls!!

Don't U have a copy of the sprites????
Is the sprite recolored, or custom made?

it wasnt custom.. it was from a game.. neway it got solved when i used 24bit BMP other than 256 color :P okay its solved now.. xD
