AI problem

Is there any way to give a character its own AI instead of copying other's?
Because I have made a new character which has total 7 special moves and I have given him all the 7 possible key combinations but none of the characters in LF2 has all the 7 key combination.
Please somebody help me.

That is thereotically possible but you need to search forum to apply all seven commands into character with hex, and I don't know hex much lol.
