btw The easiest way to make new special moves is by copying similar frames from similar moves (probably from other character data files). Using the data changer, you can see some properties within each frame, such as 'wait', 'next', 'mp', and so on. Try changing the values (i.e. the numbers next to these properties) to understand things. If you understand the meaning of each name of the properties, it should be possible to guess by yourself the function of some properties. The 'next' property for example states which frame the character will enter after the current frame.

And by copying similar frames you can actually make so many things already :P .
