Sleeping with music the whole night: safe or not?
#11
Well, then you're good to go.
The only bad thing that could happen that I could think of right now would be classical conditioning. You'd connect music and sleep, then you can only fall asleep when you hear music.
To be honest, I doubt that would happen.

But still, I couldn't listen to music and fall asleep with it, it would always feel like a waste of energy to me. :P

I actually can't sleep with music. It sorta cuts down my sleep and then I have to get some sleep in my mathematics classes. :p
Whenever I turn on the music and sleep, I have to switch it off, either I get frustrated because of not being able to sleep or I do it while I am asleep.

Play lf2 if you cannot sleep?
You know not everyone can play pc for 24h, there is a limit.
Sleeping with music? Idk if you are sleeping with nice music, then you should get sweet dreams, because dreams react on our state and noise around us.

Music+homework.
Iam listening music while doing homework, well iam rarely doing homeworks so its rarely happens to me, but if you are reading some text, like history then you must not listen music, you must concentrate on reading text.

I dont think that music could be a bad thing while you sleep, ofcourse, as others said it do not listen very loud.
