No easy solution

Have a scenario in where the character does not have an easy choice to make.
There is no one narrow pathway he or she can take. You may list them if you do not feel like dwelling on further explanations or story-telling.
You are free to do anything as long as the decision is hard, complicated, and has consequences no matter what.
These response are good references to look back on if someone here were to write a story about some of the events mentioned here.
