lfe partially not working?

Im writing this from my phone because on my pc i still get the 403 error D:

Clear cache, ie. force your browser to reload the page (in Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+R).

for safari its: command + r
for chrome its: ctrl + f5 or shift + f5 (their documentation says so)

Alternatively, for Chrome, one could go to Settings, Show advanced settings, click on Clear Browsing Data, check the "Empty Cache" box and uncheck the other boxes, and then "Clear browsing data".

I couldn't edit my posts at another forum until I did that. :/
