i edit the sprites with Paint XP version xD
and with the Data Changer i code the characters
How else could I do that? it's very simple

Its pretty simply though,i spend a week or two to get a hold on Basic Dcing,And by now i modded all my characters just by basic DCing (just tweak the data files to see difference).and even completed my very first character.And for the sprites you will just have to modify them not create them.since my sprites are all modified by my Best buddies ripping,cutting and pasting.This is called practice.
