I need to download this mod so I can check out some sprites and data I can't find the lf2 mod anywhere

Yo wassup I was looking for a legit modification and this is what i found:

No bs, no password required. The Charles Pang dude's website is taken down so 8.1 is the lastest one you can get without any issues. I've got the 9.1 version but I could not find the passwords for it.
