Character: Mefju (Levi Version)

Introduction
Mefju is a character originating from Gad's creations, having stomp, energy sword, ground dash and an energy blast.

I basically nerfed a lot of matter and remade him into a hero character. However I also added some tactical features into his moveset, which is much different from usually I add different systems.

Description
Mefju is a melee fighter that all his moves have short range, but are generally versatile. Instead of being either a speedy or heavy character, Mefju has both advantages, with his unique ability to chain his moves in quick succession. He is highly unstable as drawback, most of his combos are flipable and require intense attention to maneuver effectively.

Revised damage and MP cost of moves:

Dash: 50% >> 40% MP, 50 >> 60 damage
Stomp + Blast: 30%+10% >> 20%+10% MP
Energy sword: 40-50-60-40 >> 30-40-50-50 damage

Pressing A when in run attack (Sneak kick) can now pick light weapon

Buffed Energy sword:
Dissipation only occurs after 3 seconds on landing, has nearly infinite weapon health
Jump and dash attack can hit falling enemies

Can now use Blast and Stomp when running by pressing all 3 keys at once

Revised damage and MP cost of moves:
Energy Blast: 20% >> 25% MP
Energy Blast: 40 >> 50 damage
Stomp + Blast: 20%+0% >> 25%+0% MP
Stomp + Blast: 20+40+20 >> 25+50+25 damage
Energy sword: 30% >> 25% MP
Energy sword: 30-40-50-50 >> 40-40-50-70 damage
Dash: 40% >> 30%MP
Dash: 60 >> 50 damage

Revised mechanism of moves:
Reduced movement of Dash, removed z-axis movement
Added two chain moves (J/A) on Dash, can chain into Claw or Stomp

Added moves:
Claw (Aerial) (30 damage, 0% MP cost)

Changed basic attacks:
Changed finish blow to Jab (40 damage)
Changed jump attack, kick is followed by a punch which launches enemy away (30 damage)
