Name is alright. Hey i can't think one myself. So zilzan it is(Hope no one will take the name)
Sprite looks cool what will happen if it hits enemies?(No spamming Dudes i play nice)
I also like another attcak forhim called the Chiming Cannon(Coolname huh?)

Try to make him like that. For an outfit choose one similar to it from the existing chars. Change Hue and replace colours then modify by brush or something to complete it thus it will look very nice.
