looks okay but shading is necessary in his his head and arms.Compare him with a normal lf2 char(like Davis) then you'll find out whats wrong with it.also his hair should spikier.because it looks cool that way.

It's too big
Do the samething but do it into a 79x79 format
then i guess make adjustments to hands and Face
are the arms supposed to that off? And his body so angled?
just fix and edit somestuff :)

Also try to post it on a white frame not black because it's hard to see him.
