Native Programming Languages?

There are so many programming languages out there now it's CRAZY!!!

Just a question:
What programming language(s) is(are) COMPLETELY native (as in don't need any external files, libraries or frameworks to run except those included in OS... isn't that what it means?)?
I know ASM is a native/machine (which one is it?) language already, but it is so IMPOSSIBLY HARD TO LEARN!!!

Then again, depending on the compiler/compiler settings people might need runtimes (for example if you use microsoft visual c++, and don't setup the compiler properly, people will need the runtime thingy (which is why lots of people had trouble with lf2 2.0).

I have Microsoft Visual C++ Express 2008...
I think that if you create a "Win32" project it will be in unmanaged C++. I always thought that it meant that it'd be native. But my uber-awesome-software-developer-friend told me it would still need runtime. Is that true? Or do i need to setup the compiler like you said?...

You need to setup the compiler.

Project properties > Configuration properties > C/C++ > Code generation > Runtime Library.

I think it should be either MT or MD .
