LF2 is LAN game, but with hamachi is possible make online game.

Is possible make LF2 online whitout hamachi?

you can simply dont use hamachi, should work as well :P

but hamachi makes the connection better (faster) i guess.

You can play online fine without hamachi, before people knew about hamachi everyone played without it (obviously). The problem is people are stupid and can't configure their router, hamachi gets around this issue.

Just open a portal for lf2 in your LAN network and you should do fine. It's a little complicate though.
