well i can see some potential here i bet if you practice a bit you can improve.

hmm in fact i see NO potential in those sprites.
They are in a really low quality, some of them are way to bright, there are odd pixels everywhere and it looks very blured to me.

But may you have potential... you just need to discover it.

Get a good Graphic Programm (ex. Paint.net (not my favourite), Gimp (The best in my Eyes), PhotoShop (Eiither Download it anywhere for free [Attention! May be Illegale] or buy it [Attention! Huge Costs])

Outline your Sprite.

Get a good Base.

Watch some tutorials. (Ex. Prince Freeza's Tutorial, Zxo's Tutorial, Blue Phoenix's Tutorial)

Get a good Colour Theme.

Shade it! (Watch again some Tutorials)

Make Hair. (Watch the above Tutorials again)

Make some Final Effects and last Touches.

You were wrong with the potential.

I think if you'll upload it to imageshack.us, then we'll see that it doesn't have that much odd pixels at all and etc.

You need to work more on the poses, and shading+perspective thingies.


Other than that, I know you have some potential spriting. You can become into a really nice spriter somewhen.
