Oh crap that sucks, I've got a lot of crap in the main file of the char I'm working on, and its already into 350+, though I have a lot of unneeded stuff and lots of frame numbers left out. Is there any way to solve this besides renumbering a lot and deleting loads of junk?

nope, you have to go through everything and filter it. You'll find that if you have "neat" coding its alot easier to deal with. Always have your frame numbers in order and try not to skip anything. Otherwise you might make duplicate some frame numbers by mistake, which will mess up your coding.
