Multi thing EXE

I need exe with:
+ Perspective tag (you know background spawning id on start of the round)
+ 799 fames limit and Itr limit
+ When loading instead "...data/ " must be "Lukas122 & MCin22"
+ (don't must be done) Time stop
I do it 4 my friend he is making mod and ask me 4 help He will put makers in credits.

+ 799 fames limit and Itr limit - 1477's exe, at the end of the thread it is explained how to implement it into Silva's exe.
+ When loading instead "...data/ " must be "Lukas122 & MCin22" - Somewhere in the latest DLL.
+ (don't must be done) Time stop - in the latest DLL.
