How do i insert a sprite

I dont know. Can somebody please tell me, i click insert chose a sprite, and all i get is blah, blah, blah. Insted of sprite.

I click new post in sprites forum and click insert image, i write
file:///C:/Program%20Files/LittleFighter2/LF2_v1.9c/sprite/frozen_f.bmp
And it show just the words...

You need to upload the image somewhere and then put the address in there... Not C:/........, but something like webpage.com/picturesID.
