here's my new pein sprite for my ndow mod

Here's a compiled list of what I don't like/suggest could be changed:

Face - I get that his head is meant to be tilted, but it looks like a mess
of pixels, and the forehead protector comes down too far. I would
recommend adjusting the stance so the head is upright and go from
there.
Clouds Pattern - These aren't too bad, but a bit more of definition in
the design would be nice.
Cloak Body - It vaguely resembles being wrapped tightly around him,
I would recommend altering it to look like it's more 'hanging' than
wrapped.
Cloak Arms - The red definition line at the bottom is not supposed to
be there, and the could look a bit fuller.
Cloak Collar - I would recommend retrying to define it.
Hair - Not too bad, but it could be spikier, and less bent forward on the
back spikes.

Other than that, it looks decent, good luck.
