did anyone else know this? or am i an idiot?
#1
while fooling around in lf2 today, i was playing as henry vs davis, and he was kickin my a**, mainly because i kept running out of mana to defend from davis's D>A move.

but as my health got to about 1/3, and the blood appeared on my face, i realised my mana recharged way quicker than before, making my arrows practically free.

now, am i just slow at learning these things, or has no one else noticed it before?

if they have, i will delete thread :D

I guess you're one of those people who edit the game more than they actually play it, right?
Yeah, I've noticed it before.
My projects:
=> Comet - LF2 ver.1.9/1.9c skin.
=> CRE - ComboRegenerativeEnemy.

Contact me if the links to my projects become unavailable.

Lol?
I have noticed it (always), if your HP is low, your MP regenerates faster.
Dunno from where, possibly from the source code.

Actually, you have even a faster mp regen with only 2/3 health...
The less hp you have, the more mp you gain.

That's the reason why chars with "expensive" Ultimate moves usually get overpowered on low health (high mp = spamming ultimates).
And same is with moves which consume continously mp... on low health you usually regain far more mp then most moves could consume, if you want to keep them balanced ^^.

I actually only discovered this for myself maybe a week ago, Rudolf's
clone technique becomes seriously dangerous if you can escape death in
time, and with a bit of luck naturally. =P
Trust you're all well.

Ooooh I thought everybody knew that. =P

But okay since your question has been answered,

*close*

(to rephrase: the less hp you have, the faster your mp regenerates. Julian and Firzen have a faster mp regeneration initially.)
