Because that the HTML code depends on the theme you are using.
And some themes might not have the script/code that redirects to the "winner" page.

Actually (since some people of LFE seem to be quite young) i would advise you NOT TO CLICK ANY POP-UPs... at least not to click anything besides the X... But even there you need to be careful, since the Popup could have disabled the casual bar and replaced it with another link...
