Well, I am kinda failing to see what you are trying to tell us. Speaking about Silva; he's fairly easy to understand (simply because he is the human reincarnation of laziness). So far, I have not noticed any big issue arising, neither with programmers nor with anybody else... Okay, PHILosophy-students are a different issue, but that's not the point. So again, what was the point your were trying to present?

i can't believe i will have to explain the joke...
you guys know what pointers are, right? (those hexadecimal codes that hold values on your computer's RAM)
those pointers are addresses like 0x00000000, the 0x means it's hexadecimal, the subsequent numbers are the address
that's why it's called HEXing, so the guy asked for pointers... the hexer told him the pointers/addresses of the memory he needed to get through on the game
