[solved] Help! Adding new moves to existing LF 2 Character!

Depends... because if you create a char basing on this modification, all people with non-modded-LF2 can't use it ^^

Most likely, yeah. Or at the very least, the frames above 399 would be ignored. I'm not sure what would happen, but it definitely wouldn't work for people without the mod. It's usually best just to work within the constraints of LF2, so that people can put your creation in their own copy of lf2, which might already have other stuff added to it. unless you're making an entire mod. And sometimes even then.
