Hm... I'd say the proportions are definately off, but the shading technique is quite nice

Not so sure about the 'horn' like object extruding from his crotch level however.

Also, you should add some bright splots around it to make it look shiny!

And, chase, u will improve as time passes. If u dont have scanner, but u are good at pencil drawing, i would suggest u to use a pic from inter webs as a base. That would help a lot.

I did this not with a pencil and scanner,I did it with Photoshop and mouse,It was tiring.

Maybe you should add some slime or other gross stuff on his body
But it looks really cool almost as cool as a fishchicken with extra eyes (sketch that in your minds)
