How can he rate a thread.As I have read from an old thread rating system is removed.

i think thats true, but like a lot of other stuff google can detect those sites somehow and visit them - and then get a result like "you dont have permission to access this page" - but this site you made a screenshots from still shows the function he cant really use

You know, it's a bot. It doesn't click. it just checks the webserver for all sites/references/links it contains and reads them all. Or similar.

You don't get it: Bots do not see this forum like your browser displays it.
They don't click links, don't use buttons, they just access any possible site directly.
there is no rating button anymore and rating is disabled, still there is some sort of reference to the rating function somewhere. A bot found it, followed it and you made a screen of the bot's status while it was scanning the thread-rating-page. Or stuff.

in case you still dont get it, imagine it like the bot is viewing the data files of lf2 instead of playing the game.
