Bump?
#1
since i used the search function and looked in the solved threads manually and couldnt find an answer i open this thread in hope that someone can explain me this. btw not sure where to put this thread, since this is forum related but nothing to do with bugs (or atleast i think so)

So my problem is:
Ive opened a thread in the stories section, when i added a new part of it naturally i bump my thread, but it just add to the post i made before, i thought of prevending double posting but im sure that i already seen double posters before. Now my question is how do i bump a thread if i have to doublepost?

The time-limit is set to 24h. Ergo: if you post 2 posts that are less than a day apart, they'll automatically be merged.

Something that has gotten fairly popular is the deletion of your own last post and reposting it with an edit. This will bump threads as well (as it's generally just treated like any new post).

Hope this helps a bit ;)
