I've got another problem. How to make a ball that hits enemies, but it can also hit teammates, or even me ?

So u mean to not use state 3000 but 18 , am i right ?

Correct. Any itr that runs within a state 18-frame will attack any player (including your own team (and even yourself)). If you don't want the burning smoke thingy, you'll have to modify broken_weapon.dat as well. There's a tut on that issue on the mainsite
