What is Diwali, why is it celebrated, who are Fetivs, and how many indians there really are on LFE? I hope you don't post topics like this when you just have smthing to say to only Indians, and nothing to the others, it's like writing china to LFE when none understands it. And as you know, English is the only allowed language here.
Might be back, might be not :^) anyways awesome to see you guys again!

Happy Diwali.
@^-You've written spelling wrong.
Instead of making more threads just to give greetings on a festival, how about just making a thread called "Greeting thread" or something like that?
Diwali is a festival which celebrates the return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya. On this day,we burn firework, have lights in our houses, etc.
If you don't know who Lord Rama was, read the epic,Ramayana.

All people on Earth are descendants of the first people, Adam and Eve. So, it really doesnt matter if we are from another country etc. Human beliefs raise such ideas
