basic DC-i mean on simplest things like maybe new punch, super punch maybe some combo,simple effect and magic...
sure ofc,i will do some char but i need reference.I know,i will use blablabla 100 char ideas.

Interesting design, I would definitely like to see where this leads. Also, I'm curious, what kinds of attacks will he be using?
I might come off as a perfectionist here but his left arm looks kinda off while breathing. Just my opinion, though, I might be wrong.

and heare i am, sorry it took so long :/ in short i had 3 job until i lost one after another and obviously university, then after i lost them i had to focus on semester finals thatd ends in 3 days (im so gonna fail) ...it can be said way faster actually: live can be CAT D**N B***H

ok so lets see what we have heare
at first i gotta admit that you have made pready good breathing, its actually well enought smoth and that moveent does suit him.
but back on project, to make things cleer. That character was named Lio (what was spupid cause his suppouse to be wolf alike XP i was up to name him Varg after respriting). his suppoused to be luis alike, theyre actually rised together in theyre clan (spoiler spoiler not telling more... for nao) and he suppouse to have ex form as luis has. but i was up to make him after im done with zack, heretic and maybe virgil (meybe, i completly forgot what moves i planed for him xD). Sadly im unable to work on our secret project with Prince freeza and on my characters until i will be financially stable. so this wont happen too soon. id say go for it if you want, ill propably do this character leyter but it will take some time.

just make sure to give me credits, i dont want to see in the future comments like "that character is stolen" cause bassically well yeah its myne

Yep, i (again) complain. But it's forum and i think i can express my opinion. Some of you guys trolling on forum, some of you spamming, and i just some complain. Why? Despite that i wasn't member of forum, sometimes i was reading it. Yeah i had even worse english than now, but i tried. And when i was reading, i saw that then everybody was on same "level". What i mean? Today forum have more a lot of new members. Old members which was here from the beginning almost nothing they write. (i understand, probably they don't have time) But instead of old members, on forum writing new members - hooray - and what? And this. (Oh yeah, i remember - i'm also newbie, so maybe it's applicable also me, don't know how is your opinion about me, but i'm write my opinion about others.) Well, i have impression that all newbies just want to have more than 400-500 posts and trying to write anything in every thread. All your comments looks like:
"Cool, keep it up"
"Superb, it looks cool"
"Amazing, it looks beautiful"
"Great! sadlyi'm not as good as you, blah, blah"
"blah, blah, blah <spam>"
For me it's just spam. If you like some sprites (yeah, newbies writes something only in this section, eventualy in projects. DC section is still safe) just give "thanks". Stop spamming.

Now i wonder, who next going to make a char, from single sprites of some pro spriter. First Glacion, now this. What the hell are you doing? You don't have permission, but already have thread and band of followers, which spamming with ideas for name. You don't even have idea for name and you want to make a char? Coooooool... Are you guys really don't have fantasy? Please make own chars. You can't keep same level as original sprite. Make something own!

Spammers and lack of imagionation. This is what i think about you guys. It's good visible in sprite game. You just trying post something as fast as possible and doesn't make anything creative.
