(I might as well share why I don't like VS mode)
What I realized from LF2 is that the special moves are OP, whoever spams them wins. At least it is, on full speed game T.T , a noob at my school will beat my 30 fps survival record just by spamming whirlwinds or tiger dashes, both in VS and in PvE. In VS Mode, spammer still get so much benefit from spamming moves even on lower FPS... (e.g. with dennis, always defending a punch then using DvA) that's why I only like PvE :P , though I still think some moves are OP (which is, again, why, I prefer Cultris II since it has great balance , but omg.. it's nothing to do with LF2, sorry for changing the topic, ehehe..).
At first I feel unfair that people play on slow motion.. but then, later on, I feel that the characters are fairer to be played on slow motion than on full speed (because using basic attacks properly isn't so far weaker than spamming special moves on slower fps).
Ya, I used to hate FPS Changer, but soon after I understand the differences, I loved it. Just think... I already played LF2 for years now, yet my friend played for only a few days and he can always beat me using Freeze, because he overuse his icicle (D>J). Certainly sucks... and unfair.
I like fast paced games over slower ones, but I don't like a fast game where the speed gets out of control - where it is impossible to react on time, thus predictions and luck becomes too determining.
