i have a question plz help.About Madara Uchiha (toby). When Sasuke an Dedara(dont know how to spell it) the explosive spiders wnt next to Madara(toby). Madara(toby) didnt want deidara to makem explode.But he can delete him self right it woulndt had an effect on him.but he sill didnt want deidara to explode it.Does this mean that Madara Uchiha(toby) gets effect by explosives?

At that point Toby aka Madara was still keeping his abilities secret and acted simply "Toby-ish".
And no, Madara is 100% invulnerable during his phaseshifting thing. Though somewhen later it's revealed he has a strict time limit on that ability. But not going to spoiler too much here.

How did Kakashi Sensei obtain Mangekyou Sharingan when he didn't even kill his close friend? The only way to obtain Mangekyou Sharingan is to killed a close friend or a loved one but Kakashi sensei didn't kill anyone. And if he copied then why don't others copy instead of killing.

Never was explained afaik.
Possible answers:
1. As you suggested, he 'copied' the MS from someone. In regards to your secondary question, afaik only Kakashi is capable of copying other ninjas to that extend.
2. It's not a real MS, as it doesn't grant any of the 'normal' MS abilitys (Moon-Illusion thingy and the black fire, as well as susanoo).
3. Casual inconsistency mistake.
