I wanted to ask if there's a special way to create such fonts like these:

On the right side there always is a special font with a black border.

And well, how do I create those? (Preferable in a fast way, I don't want to draw pixel by pixel)

the black border is a layerstyle
the font is probably visitor tt1/tt2 brk
