Fusion Doubts

Alright so can anyone tell me how this fusion works (firen+freeze)?
is it something related to IDs?

is there any other way we can make 2 characters fuse without running?

Yes. For the ids of freeze and firen, if they are on the same team and both have less than 1/3 hp, then they will fuse when running into each other.

its the id's, i putted obiwan in the id 7 and frozen in id 6, and converted to firzen! o.O its the id
