yes. to hit him while he's "on the ground", you need to catch him using itr kind 3, and use state: 9 with a cpoint with caughtact: being what is used in louis' D^J (c-throw? i can't remember). To "hit", just play the hit sound effect and use injury: tags and different caughtacts in the cpoint. You can't use itr kind: 0 because that won't let you hit him multiple times on the ground. Characters don't have bdy on the ground

Characters dont have it, unless someone write bdy for him.
You can also dc for some character
cought on ground frames.
Which would make this thing.
Player A would catch and in that action player would look like throwing on a ground him.
Player B would be catched and go to frames which cought laying on a ground.
Also that is useless because if you making just 1 char.
I suggest to use Azriel because mine is total sh*t which makes no sense.
Also I would explain it better if I would had more time.

First off, in frame 250 you have a next: 250, not sure if you intended the frame to loop indefinitely or not.
Also, you're supposed to use the "injury:" tag inside the cpoint (and not use any itr except if you also want to hit other people around him during this combo), check the mainsite for more information about cpoint tags.
Also, what was the last thing you changed before the game started crashing?
(Note: From frame 249 onwards, you seem to make two : after each cpoint_end. Not sure if that's what's crashing the exe but I still suggest removing the second one every frame.)
