An LF2 game idea (need team support)

Hi guy and gal
I have an idea for a new Lf2 game and I need a team for this

The Name Of This Game Is: LF2 CS( aka a LF2 Comic Star)
This new LF2 game is about all of the top comic star like from Naruto comic, Dragonball comic, Bleach comic, One Pieces, Yugi-oh,...........a lot of comic star character
but i just an idea guy, sprite is very horrible, so i need a team to help me make this game....well... playerble
the top char in this game is Naruto, Sasuke;Goku, Vegeta(Maybe there fusion too like Vegito or Gogeta); Ichigo

The team will need:
2-3 guy for the idea(stage mode, char move,.....)
1 guy to do the Exe file
2-3 guy to do the data
2-3 guy to make the spirte

So who sign in to the team??? but if this project doesn't alive, then i don't blame you guy
help me make this project ok???? Tks everyone

sorry but some people are taken - meaning of this is busy with their own things. See lots of people projects? me not.
making full sheet for not experienced is not easy.
you can ask Bla bla bla, he is good at spriting.

well, Im working on such a mod (Allstar: battle of fighters), and it will be releasing its first beta version in few weeks..
It has goku, naruto, sasuke, ichigo, luffy, zoro etc.. And there's me and A-MAN as coders, and we did some revamps from old anime mods..

Be advised you're about the 20th person who has the 'new' idea of making a mod like this. And you're probaly the 200th person who wants to 'make' a LF2 mod, but actually just has an idea and is then searching for a team of people who will do the actual work.

Your best bet is to grab a few tutorials and start on something small, f.e. modifying an already existing character. Then you can try creating a new character (f.e. implementing one of those you mentioned). And at some point you can try something of the scale you mentioned.


Right now, you're effectively going 'Hey, I heard politics are fun, I want to be president, now I'm looking for people to staff my office with, can I be president please.'

Even if you do get a team running. That's not all you need to worry about. You have to make sure your project is of good quality, and that takes time. That's why it takes a few months for me to update MY project, and I'm doing it mostly by myself right now with The Hari helping me out on sprites when I need him. I've did the EXE, characters, objects, and some sprites. Content is NOTHING in this game if there's no real balance present. Here's my advice for you:

1. DON'T expect to finish an ambitious goal like this within a month. You need to start small and take things one at a time. Otherwise you'll find yourself with too big of a plate to deal with
2. If it's your idea, why don't YOU help work on it? It sounds like you want others do to your work. Directors may be part of the workforce, but they were part of the development squad so they understand what their workers go through.
3. Like Alabaka said, you need to learn to do some of this yourself. You can't just pitch a concept, no matter how good of an idea it may be, and not contribute to the work in any matter. If you're not even willing to contribute move ideas from what I seem to comprehend, then there's no point of even crediting you if this does get the greenlight. I doubt this will get very far unless you're lucky. I know this from my own experience.

His English is to the point where this could mean anything honesty. The next part sounds like he's needing others to work for him.

He said he's just an idea person from above. He doesn't clearly say anywhere else where he will be part of the team. That's what gets me. It gives me the impression he wants others to do the work for him since he doesn't say where else he will participate.
