Originally, every opointed object spawns with 500 HP. Opointing in a dat file that was given Rudolf's id is an exception; it spawns the object(s) with only 10 HP. These are the only legit choices you have. Another solution is to hurt your clones before they're summoned with an itr and using state:18 (because state: 18 is the only state which allows you to hurt your "teammates"). Suppose you want to opoint your clone with 250 HP only. You would have your frame with:
*wait: 2
*state: 18
*an itr at the position you're going to opoint your character at; set the injury value to 250.
*an opoint which opoints your clones.

The problem with what we did there is that the itr will hit everyone around you too; causing them 250 damage :/. The solution to this problem is to make the clone bdy and the itr in your frame waaay up in the sky that only the itr ,that is that high, can interact with it (this technique is what people mean by "using a special bdy").

I have already tried it but when they got less 500 hp (example 250 hp like you said) then there hp automaticly recover to 500 hp in some mins

Well.. yes. That is because one direct hit of 250 Hp would keep the Red Hp around max; allowing regeneration and ergo, it recovers back to 100% again. I am not really sure about it, but try this: Hurt your clones with another itr with injury: 1. This might decrease the Red Hp of the clone down to where your Original Hp is at; and that is, no more recovery.
Edit: Unless they drink milk I think. I don't think you can set your max HP with data changing :\.
