FPS Changer v2.0a, LF2 Lobby, F10 Pause

FPS Changer v2.0a:

I was searching for an FPS changer for LF2 v2.0a, and I found this one at the mainsite:

It appears to not work with v2.0a. So I suggest adding there the FPS changer by Surik, which only works on v2.0a.

LF2 Lobby:

At this topic about online fighting, shouldn't LF2 Lobby be included?

F10 Pause Game

Found here. Not working on v2.0 and 2.0a.

The F10 or the Alt keys paused the game because it marked a menu you can't see, same happens in Emulators for GBA, NES etc. In 2.0 this was fixed.
