Catching a jumping/flying char

Is it possible?
Im trying to create a teq that lets you catch your opponent and have him stop in midair even if he is jumping.. it works 100% for normal char's that are on the ground but it doesn't work then they jump or with flying opponents that are higher in the air than normal like Dragonknight..

What can I do?

Ok, so I put it in my wpoint dvy from the frame I do the catch onwards till the end of the Teq?

Plus - How can I have my char grab a flying/jumping Char while my Char is on the ground?

dvy: 550 will only work on a frame itself, not in a tag like a wpoint (also wpoint is just for a held weapon).

Just extend/move the effect area of the catching itr kind: 3 (x/y/w/h values).
