The cs source is a version of conter-strike made on the half-life 2 engine, I have the half-life 2 : episoid one it works normaly but the cs source do this stuff:

CS more often refers to the language CSharp, so I thought this was a programming question. I suggest changing 'CS' in the title to "Counter Strike".

The error message looks obvious. Did you try monitoring how physical memory usage changes with task manager?
