Help me about rarara.dll and DLL stuff

Can someone help me to create HiddenID.INC ?
So, we can setting ID of our character who want to be locked.

And make another creative stuff ?
like Stage.INC maybe, or Battle.INC, or PNGformat.INC, or Something.INC ?
