Made by Hell Fighter. It was the sprite of Bat some years after LF2, he's supossed to be the main enemy in Little Fighter Omega (I think)

How appocalips descibed it is good. But I don't really know myself about it. Hell Fighter I think is registerd here cause he made the character Duke....
