I know nothing about Photoshop but hosting your own site. Im not an expert through.

  1. Make a website in any program (I recommend X-HTML Kit but if you dont know much about HTML or XHTML use DreamWeawer or Word) and then save it as .html or .htm format if you use Word then you will need to export it as a website.
  2. Download WAMPServer and install it. Then run it. On the taskbar at the bottom right corner of the screen you should see a new icon right click it to get some options and set it to Online.
  3. Your website is http://[youripaddress]. To get a http://[yourdomainname].com google register a domain name and register one. For example at http://register.com but registering a domain isnt free. You can also get a .tk domain.
  4. Your computer will need to be running and will need to access the web in order to visit your site.

For more info see this.

You could also just get a free host like webs, 000webhost or whatever.

Well I gues that is it.
Age ratings for movies and games (and similar) have never been a good idea.
One can learn a lot from reinventing wheels.
An unsound argument is not the same as an invalid one.
volatile in C++ does not mean thread-safe.
Do not make APIs unnecessarily asynchronous.
Make C++ operator > again
Trump is an idiot.

I think you should visit to the Adobe web site. from that site you can get the online tutorials and help regarding the animation frames.
