Normal People in Stage mod

Hi people
I wanna make a stage.
In this stage there is a market.
There should go people around like: Jacks,Bandits, Jans...
They should not attack me
but if i attack them they attacked me

I had tried that with Balls that looks like the charackter and transform into the charackter when it get hit.
But then he don't get hit the first time and moves where i should chatch them don´t go.

Is there a spacial state or somthing like that with that the Charackters that i want don´t attack me ,but i don´t need to kill them to win the stage

Easy task: Spawn the chars in a special action (in stage.dat), in this action, they just keep walking back and forth (etc). If you hit them, they go to injure frames and will act normally (attacking you) after that frames...

rofl, you stole my idea for klf2 stage 3!!


ok one problem with alblakas solution: the char is still your enemy and not independant and you HAVE to hit ALL OF THEM and kill them to be able to get to the next stage :p

criminals also dont work since then the char is on your team and wont fight you :p

alblakas solution is the easiest one if you dont care about this issue - if you do, I would suggest a more advanced solution:

you activate a criminal walking around in the stage - this criminal spams another criminal2 with opoint every frame - this criminal2 exists for a few TUs only and disappear then. If the char hurts this criminal2 (has no images and no shadow, just moves with the char :p) it go to a special frame like normal - in this frame you activate a t0 object having a bdy at a special y-height, this bdy correspond with a ik8 in the original criminal making him transform without joining your team...

The main problem there will be that this criminal2 has to be with the criminal, if no the char will "jump" a few pixels when he start to attack you :p

Now you have people walking around without attacking you and if you dont hurt them you can still pass the stage...

Thanks for that and i hasn´t steal your idea because i haven´t even now about that klf2

but for what stands the t0 object
and what means correspond
