Disable Function Keys? [2.0a]

Hi I was wondering how I could go about completely removing the function keys... Is there a special DLL or CFG to do this?

Eh, don't listen to RenanDez, there isn't any of this in solved...

I searched too and found nothing, at least not for 2.0a (it's been made for 2.0 though).
And since Silva seemingly left/ignores the forum except of IRC, there's a big chance your question will remain unsolved.
