I think this only happens in the 1.9c-exe, I've never seen that bug in 1.9. Like MH already said, it's dependent on the other things that run on your computer. A restart should solve that problem

this is not the only graphic that can get mixed up - but its nothing permanent really

same here...
restarting the computer or closing down some programmes such as browser windows or photoshop would help
