Somehow through that ik8 in the standing frames...
I think he tried to make the background opoint an object, which will make Kisame go to frame 260 via itr/kind 8...
But the object has to be T0, otherwise it won't work.

The best solution (imo) is, as you already said, to make a fake-char, who you choose from the menu.
This fake char has relinks in quite every frame and always summons the sword and turns into the real char (without relinks) afterwards.

Will work in every Mode and will only have the bug that, after a match, you need to refresh choosen char (since LF2 will keep the transformed char choosen in menu, which would cause him to spawn WITHOUT sword in the next round).

Actually, you could also just use some HEX, i guess there is another solution, even without the small bug, too, but actually you posted this in the DC forum and that above is for sure the easiest way...

Just btw, why you want to create a weapon, which cannot be wielded by anyone besides the char itself and additionally is supposed to stick with him?
I agree to the guys before me, just making a char WITH the weapon (always) would be much more simple...Aaand then if he'd throw that weapon he could use transform state, etc. - Simoneon

I would create an universal frame that would be pointed after each attack/move that had char done, but the problem is already solved and my post is odd... >_>
